The meeting between Trump and Zelensky is an example of a language and culture barrier. It happens all to often in my small circle of people. Someone will say something and the other party thinks they completely understood what the other said. However between the limited English and culture differences there is a complete misunderstanding and the two parties are talking past each other. Even with English as a first language miscommunications happen. The facility I work at has two sections, instead of leaving at noon as planned I told my team that we’re leaving at 10am. Because I said we’re instead of my section, the misunderstanding is that we all means the whole facility. Simple mistake on my part really, but a misunderstanding none the less. As I mention on my cover page, communication is the key. Speak carefully and listen diligently. It makes a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lets hope Zelensky and Putin come to the table for peace, regardless of the facilitator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
